Springs Fabrication manufacturered eleven Yard Bogies.  The Yard Bogies were designed and engineered with a 50-Ton capacity to move wind tower sections during the manufacturing process. The bogie materials were processed, fabricated, painted and assembled at our facility. The ~6,000 lb. carbon steel painted bogies roll on 747 aircraft wheel/tire assemblies with hard rubber forklift tires for rollers.
