Description
The Human Resources Director will be an essential member of Machine Build Technologies' senior management staff and lead the HR department to ensure our company's practices and policies are within the best interest of our employees and both sister companies - Springs Fabrication, LLC and Springs ATG, LLC.
Previous working knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment is crucial in day-today functions and strategic planning. This is a hands-on leadership role.
The ideal candidate should also possess high work ethic, excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as strong knowledge with labor regulations and HR practices. Knowledge of Colorado labor laws is highly preferred.
SUMMARY
Ensures that all human resource functions support strategic objectives and comply with applicable regulations and generally accepted standards of sound personnel management practices. Develops, maintains, and administers all human resource functions, e.g. staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises a small group of professionals in HR administration both exempt and non-exempt.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor’s Degree and at least (10) years of Human Resource management experience or combination of education and experience. A background in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is key.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to use these skills in the following areas of communication: interpersonal, group and organizational. Conflict resolution skills, decision-making skills, leadership skills, team building skills, and the ability to use and teach these skills under various situations. Investigative skills and the ability to diagnose, analyze, and recommend solutions to solve organizational problems. Presentation and instructional skills focusing on adult learning theories. Ability to use software such as Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
