This revolutionary 3D laser processing machine is designed for high precision 3D laser cutting of complex or angled configurations of long pipe and structural materials. With a multi-axis torch and a simultaneously controlled chuck, we are able to achieve precise angle cuts, complex contours, and bevels in one operation. The tapping unit provides fully synchronized tapping run with machine macros and has six positions for different size and pitch taps. The tapping unit can realize a substantial reduction of in-process time by tapping in the same machine setup as laser cutting.
