Precision. Compliance. Strength. ASME Pressure Vessel Fabrication by Springs Fabrication

When safety, performance, and code compliance are non-negotiable, industries turn to Springs Fabrication—a trusted leader in ASME pressure vessel fabrication. With decades of experience and a deep understanding of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC) Section VIII, Springs Fabrication delivers expertly engineered pressure vessels built to perform under the most demanding conditions.

Full-Service Design and Engineering

Every successful pressure vessel begins with a smart design. At Springs Fabrication, our in-house engineering team works closely with clients to develop solutions that meet both performance goals and strict regulatory requirements. Using the latest design software and in-depth knowledge of ASME code, we provide:

  • Accurate stress and thickness calculations
  • Optimized nozzle placements
  • Detailed fabrication drawings
  • ASME code documentation and compliance review

Certified Materials and Precise Fabrication

Our vessels are constructed from code-approved, traceable materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and high-strength alloys—each selected to suit the intended pressure, temperature, and corrosion resistance requirements. All materials are backed by Material Test Reports (MTRs), ensuring complete transparency and reliability.

We shape and prepare components using advanced equipment and techniques, including:

  • Precision plasma, laser, or waterjet cutting
  • Shell and head forming using plate rolling and hydraulic presses
  • Automated and manual welding processes performed by certified welders following strict Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)

Rigorous Testing and Inspection

Quality and safety are at the core of every project. Springs Fabrication employs both in-process and final inspections, including:

  • Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) – Radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant methods
  • Hydrostatic testing – Vessels are pressurized to 1.3–1.5 times design pressure to validate structural integrity
  • Visual inspections – Conducted by both internal QA and independent Authorized Inspectors (AI)

We also offer Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) and surface finishing as needed—whether it’s painting, passivation, or sandblasting—to ensure long-term performance and aesthetic finish.

Documentation and Certification

Upon successful completion, each pressure vessel is issued a full Manufacturer’s Data Report (U-1 Form). A registered ASME U-stamp nameplate is affixed to certify that the vessel has been fabricated in accordance with ASME Section VIII standards.

Trusted Across Industries

From oil and gas to food processing, aerospace, and beyond, our ASME pressure vessels support critical operations where failure is not an option. Companies rely on Springs Fabrication for:

  • Vertical and horizontal pressure vessels
  • Reactor and separator vessels
  • Heat exchanger shells
  • Vacuum and high-pressure systems
